Returns

Keyo & Co. offers a 14 day return policy. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item for return instructions. No refunds after 14 days.

Clothing and accessories must be returned within 7 days of receiving the email with return instructions. We do not accept returns or provide refunds if the item is not received within 7 days of receiving the return instructions.

We are not responsible for the wear and tear of use of our products after it is in possession of our customers. 

Athletic wear is not eligible for returns. 

How To Return

To return an item, simply contact us for return instructions at info@keyoandco.com. 

We must receive the item within 7 days. Once your returned item has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund. 

Refunds may take up to 7 working days, depending on your payment method.
