Shipping Policy

Shipping Times & Rates

Holiday Shipping: We recommend shopping early this year to ensure your packages arrive on time. Shipping carriers are experiencing a busy holiday season.  Orders may be delayed to due peak shipping. Please be patient with our carriers. 

Keyo & Co. uses three different carriers to ensure your items arrive on time. When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.

Our three carriers are:

  • United Parcel Service (UPS)
  • United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • FedEx


Merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, and items may arrive separately. If this is the case:

  • You will not incur additional shipping charges
  • Your shipping charge (if applicable) will be split across the multiple packages when your order is shipped

We aim to provide excellent service for shipping and delivery.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only. Multiple items ordered under a single order may not always ship together. Once an order is received, we immediately start processing; therefore, there are no cancellations or refunds.  Once customers receive the item, you may then contact us regarding a refund.  

Shipments are processed up to 7 business days and orders will arrive within 2-12 days - depending on your location and shipping option.  The tracking number will be emailed to you once the product has shipped and is in transit. 

FedEx Delivery

FedEx is our primary carrier for shipping. When you provide your email address, we will provide notifications until your item is delivered. You may sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager once you enter your tracking number at www.fedex.com and select the drop down Manage Delivery. 

Managing my UPS delivery

UPS My Choice® allows you to personalize your delivery for maximum flexibility.

Benefits include:

  • Receiving pre-delivery notifications of incoming packages via email, text or phone
  • UPS Mobile™ App provides push notifications for timely updates
  • Make changes to your delivery (date, time, location) while the package is in transit
  • Sign for packages with ease

  • Visit the UPS Login page
  • Enter your Email/User ID and Password
  • Click Log In
  • Follow the prompts to track or manage your delivery

  • Enter your Username and Password

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We currently ship internationally to Canada. Please send us an email at info@keyoandco.com for questions if shipment to your country is possible.  Please allow 15-30 business days for delivery.

Please note that you may incur customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase, and these fees are not charged or calculated by Keyo & Co. Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs, tariffs, excises and other governmental fees associated with their merchandise. Such customs fees, if applicable, are generally paid directly to your national government or postal service at the time of delivery. Keyo & Co. has no involvement in foreign customs policies and has no ability to predict possible customs fees for merchandise sent outside the USA. In case of returned shipments, the customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees and return fees assessed. Please call your local Customs & Duties Offices for more information regarding excise duties.

Currently our warehouse is working under limited operations in accordance with local authority guidelines for COVID-19. We thank you for your patience in the case that your order may be delayed as we work to adhere to social distancing and safety protocols.

 

What I should expect once my order is placed
  • You will receive an order confirmation email and an order fulfillment email once your order has been fulfilled. 
  • Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number email. Select the Track Shipment link provided in the email to receive the most up-to-date shipping information or use the tracking number and track via the carrier's website.

Please note: when your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.
