Keyo & Co. offers returns for certain items. You may return an item for a full refund if there is a manufacturer's defect or incorrect product. All damages must be reported within 14 days of receiving the item. No refunds or exchanges after 14 days of receipt of the item. A manufacturer's defect DOES NOT include a customer's disregard for properly cleaning and maintaining the product for functional use. We are not responsible for the wear and tear of use of our products after it is in possession of our customers.
Please contact us directly for address to return any shipments.
Please simply return it in original packaging and included accessories within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we'll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Refunds are processed after we have reviewed the item and determined that it is defective or for any returned products otherwise. We are not required to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase for any reason.
International shipments are not eligible for return.
Since some items sold on our store are uniquely designed with integrated earbuds, these smartwatches normally cannot be resold to other customers if returned, therefore, a 35% restock fee will be applied to returns for smartwatches with integrated earbuds. NO RETURNS ON KEYO SMARTWATCHES.
Refunds may take up to 7 working days depending on your payment method.
To return an item, simple contact us for return instructions at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide photos and a video of the defective item. Without this information, we will not process a return. Some returns are at the expense of the customer. We must receive the item within 14 days. Once your returned item has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund.
